Consumer Data Privacy Policy

The privacy of you, the customer, is a top priority to Iron Brigade Armory. Our website secures vital ordering information via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. This is an industry standard confidential data transfer technology.

Regarding INTERNATIONAL orders:

- NOTE* US State Department prohibits the sale of weapons parts internationally. This includes any part that is used to build a rifle, Scope Mounts, Scope Bases and All Optics, including Holographic Sites, Scopes and Night Vision equipment .

- Quoted shipping charges are for Lower 48 USA only.

-Most International orders are shipped via FedEx International Economy; applicable charges will be applied to the credit card number provided. In some instances, the United States Postal Service is a viable option.  If you would like to request that we ship via USPS, please do so in the NOTES section of your order.  * Please Note* Tracking and Insurance options are not always available when shipping via USPS.  Iron Brigade Armory will not be held liable for loss or damage if USPS is the method of shipment used.  The customer assumes all risk and liability.

- Furthermore, IBA adds a $3- handling charge to all USPS Shipments.  [Therefore, the cost of shipping on the package label will be $3 less than the amount charged on the credit card provided.]

-You will NOT be notified of final shipping charges prior to shipment, unless requested.

- DUTIES/TAXES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.  If IBA receives a bill for these, they will be charged to customer's account.

- By checking the box in the shopping cart, you are agreeing the terms above. 

- By law, we are not allowed to ship anything over 10 rounds to CA, MA, NY, NJ, HI. NJ is 15 & MD is 20 rds.

Ammunition - a valid ID is required for all ammo purchases.  Please fax to 910.346.1134 or email.  We will not ship without having your ID, MUST SHOW DOB.

IBA Return Policy

All returns of merchandise purchased at Iron Brigade Armory must be approved by an employee of Iron Brigade Armory. Preferably, this would be the person that took and/or processed the order.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee regardless of the reason. This will of course be waived for incorrectly packaged, incorrectly shipped or damaged items. For any other reason the restocking fee will be assessed unless waived by an Officer of the company.

Optics are not returnable once they have been mounted on a weapon.

Ammunition is non returnable, unless it was packaged or shipped incorrectly.

Any requests for a return over 14 days from delivery will not be authorized.

No returns are available on custom produced products, specifically the rifle packages.

Shipping Policy - effective 03.20.08

-Quoted shipping costs are for Lower 48 ONLY; via UPS GROUND. 

-Additional charges apply for AK and HI; IBA ships via UPS for these states and applicable charges will be applied to the c.c. # provided.

-Additional charges apply for expedited service.

-Additional charges apply for 'High Dollar' items to cover insurance costs; these include but are not limited to:  Night Vision, weapon/s systems, stocks, orders totaling over $500-

-NO ORM-D/HAZMAT items may be shipped to AK or HI - these include, but are not limited to, munitions, solvents, aerosols. 

-If you place an order with a 'Ship To' address in either of these states, ORM-D items will be removed from the order and  both pricing and shipping costs will be adjusted accordingly. 

Regarding Special Requests:

-IF you would like to request that your order be shipped via DHL or US Postal Service, please inquire by adding a note to your order.  An IBA rep. will you contact before charging, processing or shipping your order. 

-A minimal handling charge will be applied to all orders shipped via US Postal Service. 

-If you would like your order expedited to FedEx International PRIORITY, please state so on your order . 

-In most cases/countries, the upgrade to Priority from Economy is LESS than $10 and saves 1-3 days en route.

Recommended Shipping Instructions for Rifles

• Make sure the rifle, optics, parts etc.. are padded and in a hard case! This is very important! If it is just a rifle in the original factory packaging it is okay to leave it in the original box. If optics are added, a hard case is preferred.

• If possible put the case or shipping container in an outer box, shell etc..

• Please include a packing slip or letter that tells who the package is from, a contact address along with a phone number and what work is to be performed.

• Make sure that you insure the package for whatever value you feel it is worth. This makes it possible to recover the cost of the damages or loss in the event that it does occur.

• We ship primarily UPS, Fed Ex or US Mail. UPS or Fed Ex is preferred.

• If you wish to be contacted when the package arrives please include that request along with an email address or phone number that you can be reached at.

Weapons Systems - Chandler Rifle

Prices may be adjusted due to our upgrades/design change or product availability. You will be advised upon delivery of the situation. This helps to deliver a current spec rifle instead of an outdated version.

Weapons Systems - Tactical Standard/Super Grade

Note : We attempt to maintain Police Sniper Rifles on hand. Due to Remington production schedules, non-availability is a possibility. Rifles are built up and delivered to Police Departments first.
